Welcome to the AI Learning Cohort.

You just made a decision that most people in the channel are still thinking about. Here is how to make the most of it.

Your First Four Steps

01 Step One
Take the AI Personal Assessment

If you have not already taken it, this is your starting point. The assessment scores your current AI readiness across four dimensions. It takes 10 minutes. Your score becomes your baseline, and at the end of the cohort, you will retake it to measure how far you have come.

Take the Assessment

Already taken it? You are ahead of the game. Move to Step 2.

02 Step Two
Fill Out the Registration Form

Tell us a little about yourself — your role, your company, and what you want to get out of the cohort. This helps us tailor sessions, match you with the right conversations, and make sure you get real value from day one. It takes about 3 minutes.

Complete Registration

Already submitted it? Perfect, we have what we need. Move to Step 3.

03 Step Three
Join the Community

The community is where the real work happens between sessions. This is where you share what you are building, ask questions, post your wins, and learn from the other members. It is private to cohort members only.

Join the Community

Already joined? You are set up for success. Move to Step 4.

04 Step Four
Check Your Email for Session Details

Your session schedule, calendar invite, and meeting link were sent to the email you used to enroll. If you do not see it, check your spam folder. If it is not there, reach out to us at the contact below.

How This Works

Live Weekly Sessions

Each week, the cohort meets live with Kameron Olsen. These are not lectures. They are working sessions where you bring real problems, build real tools, and get real feedback. Come ready to participate.

The Community Is Your Between-Session Hub

The weekly session is one hour. The community is where the other 167 hours happen. Post what you are working on. Ask when you are stuck. Share when something clicks. The people in this cohort are navigating the same shift you are.

You Will Build, Not Just Learn

This is not a course with quizzes. By the end of four months, you will have built AI tools, automated workflows, and created systems that compound. Your output is the curriculum.

Your Progress Is Measured

Your AI Personal Assessment score at the start is your baseline. At the end of the cohort, you retake it. The delta is your proof of growth. We track it. You own it.

Resources to Get You Started

The Charter  → In the Community

Read this first. The Charter outlines how the cohort operates, what is expected of members, and how to get the most out of your four months. You will find it inside the community.

The paper that frames everything we do in this cohort. Read it before your first session. Also posted inside the community.

Free course on TCA University that covers the strategic framework behind the cohort.

If you skipped Step 1, go back and take it. Your baseline matters.

Questions or Issues?

If you have questions about your enrollment, cannot find your session details, or need technical help with the community — reach out.
